What we do

One contractor for the outside, the inside and the property as a whole

We handle renovation work across three areas. Choose a service to see typical scope, the questions worth thinking about, and what affects cost.

Exterior improvements

Roofing, siding, masonry, steps and the details that protect a building and shape its first impression.

Roofing

Leak investigation, shingle repairs and full replacement inquiries for homes and small properties.

Siding

Full re-siding, section repairs and trim details in vinyl, fiber cement and other common materials.

Exterior Renovation

Porch rebuilds, trim and fascia, railings, entry updates and related exterior carpentry.

Concrete & Masonry

Walkways, patios, pavers, brick and block repair and low garden or retaining walls.

Steps & Stoops

Repair or rebuild of concrete, brick and stone front steps, stoops, landings and handrails.

Interior renovation

Kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, closets, bedrooms and coordinated whole-home updates.

Kitchen Remodeling

Cabinets, countertops, backsplashes, lighting, layout changes and complete kitchen remodels.

Bathroom Remodeling

Full remodels, tub-to-shower conversions, walk-in showers, tile, vanities and fixtures.

Walk-In Closets

Built-in closet systems, walk-in closet remodels and conversions of spare rooms into dressing rooms.

Primary Bedroom Remodeling

Primary (master) bedroom and suite updates: flooring, lighting, millwork, closets and ensuite connections.

Flooring

Hardwood, luxury vinyl plank, laminate and tile installation and replacement.

Whole-Home Renovation

Multi-room interior renovations planned and sequenced as a single coordinated project.

Commercial & property renovation

Offices, retail interiors, multifamily common areas and rental-unit renovations.

Commercial Renovation

Offices, storefront interiors, apartment common areas and rental units all have one thing in common: the space needs to stay usable and the schedule matters. We plan renovations around occupancy and operating hours.

How it works

A clear path from first message to final walkthrough

Every project is different, but this is how we intend to work with you.

  1. Step 1

    Tell us about the project

Use the form to share the service, location and what you want to change. Photos help but are optional.

  2. Step 2

    Initial conversation

We review your request and follow up to ask questions and confirm whether the project is a good fit.

  3. Step 3

    Site visit when needed

Most projects need an in-person look before a firm scope can be written. Visits are scheduled by mutual confirmation.

  4. Step 4

    Written scope and estimate

You receive a written description of the proposed work and price for review. Nothing is binding until a contract is signed.

  5. Step 5

    Scheduling and the work

Start dates, permits and selections are confirmed in writing before work begins.

  6. Step 6

    Final walkthrough

We walk the finished work with you and address punch-list items.

This is our proposed process. Timing, visits and terms are confirmed for each project in writing.

Details matter

The work you see depends on the work you don’t

Waterproofing behind tile. A compacted base under concrete. Flashing under shingles. Level subfloors under new planks. These are the steps that decide whether a renovation still looks right years from now.

We plan around them from the start, explain where they affect scope and cost, and put the details in writing before work begins.

Questions

Practical answers before you reach out

All FAQs →
How do I request an estimate?

Use the short form on any page, or the detailed form if you want to add scope details, timing and photos. You do not need an account. We review each request and follow up to discuss the project.

Is submitting the form a commitment?

No. Submitting a request simply asks us to contact you. Scope, price and any appointment are confirmed directly with you, and nothing is binding until a written contract is signed.

Do you need to visit the property?

For most projects, yes — a firm scope usually needs measurements and a look at existing conditions. Some questions can be answered from photos first. Site visits are always arranged by mutual confirmation.

Who handles permits?

Many renovations in New Jersey require permits from the local construction office, but requirements depend on the scope and the municipality. Whether a permit is needed, and who files it, is confirmed in your written scope.

Do you work with landlords and property managers?

Yes. We take inquiries from homeowners, landlords, multifamily owners, property managers and commercial clients. The detailed form lets you tell us your role and whether the property is occupied.

Service area

Is your property in our area?

We work on New Jersey properties. Include your project ZIP code with any request and we will confirm whether it falls within our service area before arranging anything.
